RECIPE FITNESS / CARAMELIZED SWEET POTATO
I recommend this dish combined with a protein source like chicken, fish, veal ... I specifically I usually accompany the chicken noon after training. If you like the combination of sweet / savory dish then you have to make the recipe NOW !! ; D
INGREDIENTS (for two)
- 2 medium sweet potatoes (250g each)
- 4 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch Himalayan pink sar
- We wash the two potatoes under running water, and grilled or in the oven (takes longer) or in the microwave for 9 minutes (much faster), the minutes will depend a little of the power of your microwave, check before removing they are soft inside, pricking with a fork.
- Once cooked, greased skillet or grill and do a couple of rajas to yams vertically with a knife (not split them in half, just one centimeter deep)
- Put the potatoes in the pan, and a kitchen palette, strong crush the potato against chafarlo pan, brown them on both sides and down a little fire.
- Add the agave syrup and cover with a lid that is made with juice.
